Personalized Yoga Class
As an extension to the Personalized Yoga Plan, Goode offers real time instruction for those seeking greater supervision during their Yoga practice. This can be done over Skype or face to face should the client wish to visit Goode in person*. Group instruction is also available. Furthermore, although it enables Goode to cater specifically to your body type, purchase of a Personalized Yoga Plan is not required for this service.
